We require a deposit of $150 for reservation
& security of the unit. This amount is not included
with your total due and is refunded via U.S. mail
after check-out. Rental balances are due prior to
check-in. Condo is equipped with pad-lock and ready
for your check-in 7am on the day of your arrival.
